Viber M2 is an instrument designed for online detection of equipment vibration, available for 1 or 2 channels. The sensor signal is compensated in the input amplifier to correct the proper electrical signal and selected frequency range. This signal is available at the front panel BNC connectors and terminals for further analysis.

Vibration is always measured in velocity, with three different range values to choose from: 0-10mm/s, 0-20mm/s, and 0-100mm/s.

When the vibration value reaches the preset alarm level, the LED light illuminates. If the vibration value remains high during the selected delay time (0-90 seconds), the relay is activated. VIBER M2 can manually or automatically reset the alarm status.

It features a 4-20mA current signal output, which can be used at the terminals to connect to other instruments or data loggers. If the sensor or cable fails, the current output is disabled.
